Boston Carbon Corporation (BCC) is facilitating international trading of GHG
emission Credits in four venues, as examples and models for broad usage. In
each case BCC has identified an organization and taught them how to conduct
rigorous examinations of projects claiming reductions so as to Approve,
Accredit and Certify the Credits for the projects. BCC has further identified
a first project and an in country company to sponsor it. BCC has selected the
appropriate mechanism for processing the Credits and trading them
internationally (based on the location and status of the country vis a vis
the Kyoto Protocol). The four venues are: Canada, Scandinavia, Russia and
Kazakhstan. Descriptions of the Trading Plan and its facets follow below:
