Acres International is an Oakville, Ontario based engineering and mangement consulting firm with offices through out Canada. Specialties include: hydroelectric, long distance transmission and nuclear. Acres will act as an Approver-Accreditor for BCC's projects across Canada, Certifying Credits. They will further collaborate to develop each Canadian Province after the Massachusetts Model, using the CTC Process, helping establish a Registry / Bank and instituting trade with the US.

Global Carbon Holdings LLC is a financial services enterprise providing infrastructure services to the trading market for Certified GHG emission reduction Credits. Through one subsidiary, Carbon Financial Services, it provides a Registry /Bank, Reporting Accounting and Trading. Through another, Global Carbon Partners, it manages Funds for Investors and another for Hedgers. It works collaboratively with BCC to fulfill the entire CTC Process by receiving Certified Tradable Credits, performing the above functions and making them suitable for international trading. This perfectly compliments BCC's activities.
