He holds a BSME from Cornell University and an MBA -Finance from Seton Hall University. He was a First Lieutenant US Army, an Eagle Scout and is the holder of US Patent No. 5,319,934.
	Sheldon M. Wool: Executive Vice President - past executive with Courtaulds Ltd, International Paper, CBS Inc, American Broadcasting Company and The Limited Inc. He served as Chairman for the Custom Coals Group of Companies. He holds a BA (Rutgers University), an LLB,JD (Yale Law School) and a Post Graduate degree in business administration (London School of Economics).He is a member of the Bar for the District of Columbia and was a First Lieutenant US Air Force.
	Joseph S. D'Amico: Vice President - President of D'Amico Corporation active in the development and production of coal mine methane and gas separation and projects. Past Executive Vice President of Nitrotec Corporation and an executive with C M Kemp Co. and Bethlehem Steel Shipbuilding. He holds a BS in Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and attended George Washington University Management School. He is a Professional Engineer in Md., Penna., and in Ontario and he holds six US Patents.

	Paul Rodzianko: Senior Vice President Access Industries - also serves as Senior Advisor to the President of Tyumen Oil Co. He is a Director of Access Industries (Eurasia) and of Energibolaget i Sverige, Stockholm, Sweden, Previously he served as Chairman & CEO of My Hope Hydro Inc. and as Executive Vice President of Halecrest Co. He is a graduate of Princeton University (BA) and the Institute of Critical Languages (MA).
	Michael V. DeFelice: Principal Global Carbon Holdings LLC. He is an investment banker, attorney and business manager. He has held executive positions with: Simpson,Thacker & Bartlett, CS First Boston, Merrill Lynch & Co. and JP Morgan HQ. He has experience in High Tech and in Semi Conductors and started a Real Estate Development Co. He holds an AB from Dartmouth and a JD from University of Chicago Law School.
