R. W. Beck: Exclusive Agreement to provide Approval, Accreditation and Certification Services for GHG Emission Credits on projects in the United States.

D'Amico Development Co: Agreement to jointly develop Coal Mine Methane Recovery Projects in the United States.

Access Industries: Strategic Partnership to cover Russia and the former CIS countries, wherein the parties will jointly develop GHG Emission Reduction Projects (primarily Methane Recovery & Nuclear) and secure GHG emission Credits for the same.

Carbon Financial LLC: are setting up the Registry and Bank for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts to manage the GHG Credits Approved and Accredited by Massachusetts. CSL and BCC will then jointly setup, manage and own the Boston Carbon Fund to receive these Registered Credits for trading.

Carlos Casado SA: Joint Venture Agreement to do Forestation and Sequestration projects with energy clients seeking to buildup stockpiles of GHG emission Credits.Carlos Casado owns thousands of acres of woodlands in central Paraguay.

Acres International: Agreement similar to the RW Beck Agreement for Approval, Accreditation and Certification of GHG Credits (Validation) in and across Canada.

Burns & Roe: Agreement similar to the RW Beck Agreement for Approval, Accreditation and Certification of GHG Credits (Validation) in and across the United States.
